| The FCC units in the refinery have mainly used the high temperature flue gas energy recovery system with a gas turbine. And FCC cyclone system plays a pivotal role to ensure the energy recovery system running smoothly for a long period. In order to realize the economic benefits. It must need regular monitoring and evaluation of the FCC cyclone system’s performance. According to the experimental data and the characteristics of high temperature flue gas, a new method to collect the particles in regenerated flue gas was designed; it can simplify the operational process and greatly shorten the time of surveillance. Meanwhile expert evaluating system was established. We can make accurate judgments about the operation of the device through individual monitoring-station. It provides the basis for adjusting the process parameters and can also provide a guarantee for achieving enormous economic benefits. |
