Flue gas turbine is a key equipment for the oil refining enterprises recycling energy.Whether it is in normal operation or not is directly related to energy consumption, efficiencyand effectiveness of FCCU. The size and density of tiny catalyst contained in the regenerationflue gas plays an important role to the work state of flue gas turbine. Therefore,there is urgentneeds on industrial field for an on-line measurement of particles content in the regeneratorflue gas. Aimed at the effect the catalyst particles contained in regeneration flue gas made tothe industrial production, for the purpose of detecting the size and density of catalyst particlesin regeneration flue gas, this paper design the on-line detector of FCCU regenerator flue gasanalysis meter which based on Mie scattering theory.Firstly, in this paper, we choose the light scattering method as technology base of on-linetesting after comparing several particle analysis methods, using transmissive optical path.As followed, briefly introduce Mie scattering theory. Design the on-line detector performanceindicators and functional requirements based on the analysis of properties of regenerator fluegas, and identify the basic structure and composition of the on-line detector. Choose thesemiconductor laser as light source. As for the photoelectric conversion unit, chooseTCD1304as the photoelectric conversion device after comparing the characteristics of SSPDand CCD.Secondly, simulate the effects several factors caused to scatter result based on Mietheory. According to the field environment, we analysis the effect the wavelength of lightsource cause to scatter phenomena and give the basis of choosing proper wavelength of lightsource. To solve the pollution problem of optical window, try several different methods andfinally give the conclusion. Meanwhile, derive the mathematical model of the experimentbased on Mie theory. Besides, use SolidWorks software to design the experimental apparatus and process it.Finally, the experimental result shows that our experiment equipment can meet therequirements. After processing the experimental data using Shifrin transform, the result showsthat the device has certain particle testing capabilities. Therefore, laid a theoretical andexperimental basis for the improvement of experiment conditions, data processing theory andtesting precision in future.
