In order to improve the urban sewage treatment plant effluent quality standards of Bay sewage treatment plant on the original A/O process upgrading, the main process is to plant the original A/O pool increase for some anoxic zone transformed into A~2/O pool, which will enhance the existing secondary effluent standards become an A water standards. On the basis of this study of Bay sewage treatment plant project to analyze the actual research, proposed transforming the design plan.Bay wastewater treatment plant for up to the actual situation and upgrade requirements, the study identified the A/O technology for the upgrading of A~2/O process, and to demonstrate out of water according to level A standard, the successful launch of A~2/O process after by detecting the influent, effluent COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus water quality indicators for the transformation process for debugging. After the process is stable and running, the effluent BOD concentration of less than 7 mg/L, the effluent COD concentration with an average of 36 mg/L; the effluent ammonia concentration of 3.14 mg/L; effluent total nitrogen concentration of 9.45 mg/L; the average total phosphorus is 0.42 mg / L, each water quality indicators have reached the national level A standards. Compared with the original process, the removal of organic matter and nitrogen and phosphorus removal has been significantly improved, A~2/O process and stable operation of the wastewater treatment plant upgrading Bay to get better results.To further improve the process operating results, while achieving cost savings purposes. The topic of the transformation process to optimize the operating parameters within the mixture reflux ratio decreases from 300% to 250%, the sludge reflux ratio decreased to 75%, A~2/O process SRT shortened to 15 d, after the most significant parameter optimization the effect is to improve the efficiency of phosphorus removal, and removal of organic matter and nitrogen removal is also maintained at a high level. Meanwhile mixture reflux ratio, reduce sludge reflux ratio also save operating costs.A~2/O process has the advantage of simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect, the process has a s imple structure, a s horter total HRT, low operating costs. Therefore, if we raise the nitrogen and phosphorus removal capabilities, conventional activated sludge wastewater treatment plant to choose the best technology is A~2/O process. In practical applications, analysis of the effects of the treatment process, while the regulation of operating parameters were optimized to obtain the optimum operating parameters of the process, based on the requirements to achieve the upgrade process to improve its operational efficiency. While providing a useful reference for other waterworks Anshan.
