With the degree of consumption increasing, the coal industry develop to the deep direction gradually, inevitably led to the frequent occurrence of coal mine flood accident. The existing rescue drainage techniques are not well play a role in the rescue prime time. Therefore, rescue equipment must be gradually improved and drainage aid programs be optimized to improve the efficiency of emergency drainage.This paper is background of a summary of researches which are more than typical coal mine flooding rescue cases. Author is aimed for flooding conditions of the inclined tunnel in coal mine, design and research a chase drainage system.On the system of drainage vehicle prototype, the key technology performance of the vehicle being studied which include in methods of theory, simulation and experimental. And in combination with experiments and practical conditions, the chase drainage system of drainage vehicle is expanded and improved.The platform of frame, tracks and crawler, lifting system of the pump are fitted. Then simulation analysis of drainage vehicle statics are performed to simulate two conditions which include of crawler tracks and support tractive.The simulation results of deformation displacement, stress and modalgive the conclusions that the deformation and stress of the drainage vehicle meet the conditions and the vehicle will not appear resonance phenomenon with the external excitation.Meanwhile, the program of the chase drainage and drainage pipeline system in inclined drift are developed. It includes directly drain to the floor, including a single large pump and series of drainage pump, and inverted drainage which head less than fifty meters, as well as pipe extension program during the chase drainage.Recur Dyn which is a dynamics simulation software is utilized to simulate drainage vehicle crawler.First the kinematics theory of crawler is studied, which is based on Bekker theory to derive the driving force and torque, running resistance and traction. Then vehicle dynamics of the low-speed steering are focus on research and analysis of traction.And then operating conditions including of running straight on flat, climbing slope of thirty degrees, unilateral and bilateral track steering, crossing the obstacle and ditch be simulated.The vehicle's analysis of feasibility and reliability is based on the contact force of grouser 1 and driving wheel,driving torque of driving wheel, force of track and ground, rolling contact force of grouser 1 and wheels, tension of grouser 1. The simulation results conclude that vehicle drive on straight and slope of thirty degrees smoothly,maximum diameters of unilateral and bilateral steering are3.43 meters and 2.695 meters,drainage vehicle can span unilateral obstacle of600 millimeters high and across ditch of 900 millimeters wide.The test of simulated field was carried out on the drainage vehicle.Experimental purposes including crawler, running handover of rail and land,complex of tracked vehicle and pump, chase drainage experiments. It can be concluded from the experiment that the rail supporting system run smoothly and will not appear phenomenon of tipping and soft leg; with high efficiency of vehicle acts in concert with pump on lifting system which is stable and reliable fixed and can lift height of 500 millimeters, pump can also be formed inclination of 30 degrees; in sandy ground crawler can smoothly finish the function of advance, reverse, steering, climbing and also can run into the 1meter pool with pump to finish chase drainage; in the experiment the sealing of butterfly and check valve are high that when extending the upper water in pipe does not leak.According to the field experiment, the optimization measures are further formulated to improve the speed and efficiency of drainage. On the basis of electronically controlled hydraulic system,explosion-proof diesel will be installed to realize running of double-power source, which can improve the flexibility of crawler. A auxiliary device is designed to achieve the connection of flanged pipe quickly. A check valve, which can move inner the wire braided hose with the extension of the pipeline, is designed to improve the efficiency of pipe extending.
