| Currently,the social development is becoming more and more fast, the energy,as the necessities of People’s Daily life and production, the speed of its consumption is growing,povertyof renewable resources,nonrenewable resources aredrained off day by day,serious energy waste phenomenon, combined with the global economic situation is more serious in recent years, so saving energy and reducing consumption have increasingly become the key topic of global research. There are many ways to energy consumption,whichis typically consumed most is the electricity,the power consumption of pump and fan occupies a considerable proportion in the energy consumption.Cooling circulating water system has a wide application range,which with simple equipment composition, circulating cooling watergenerally by the combination of the cooling tower and circulating pump,but compared to the other equipment,the power consumption is too large,so take it as the study of energy saving projects. Designers will leave some margin when equipment selection, and in the actual production process,because of various reasons,equipment selectionoften can not be in the best running state. In the Cooling circulating water system,cooling water in the cooling tower,from top to bottom,with a surplus of energy,pumps cannot achieve the best conditions of use,because of practical use and constraints ofproduction line conditions,which will caused consumption and wasteof part of electric energy. In order to achieve energy saving,through the study of design parameters and field measured data of the existing cooling tower and water pump,transforming and replacing the equipment,Savingpart of electricenergy by the use of the surplus energy of cooling water to drive the water turbine to rotate and remove,and getting rid of the motor driving,and also,replacingof water pump which matched with the existing condition.In reference to other turbine case of successful transformation,have communicatedand explored with equipment suppliers,with a detailed calculation of the existing conditions and parameters,and gradually the energy-saving scheme to determine,using the numerical simulation to optimize the parameters of the scheme,and havecompared to the experimental results,the results as following:(1) Based onthe design parameter and actual parameterof the existing installation of cooling tower,through the method of parameter matching and numerical simulation,to analysis water turbine cooling water movement rules and to investigate the performance of the turbine. Take the relevant data into the formula to calculate the relevant parameters,and the calculated results and the experimental results are compared and analyzed. Through the data selection,currently circulating water cooling device used in cooling tower fan motor drive change for the turbine model.(2)The consumption electric energy of the existing circulating water pump is analyzed,andaccording to the current working conditions,the circulating water pump is replacedand the purpose of saving electric energy is achieved.(3) By optimizing the network impedance,adjusting the regional conditions of hydraulic balance (fine balance optimization will be involved in water supply conditions change,a small scale, but will not change the cycle of water and use effect),and then providing reasonable energy consumption index and operation parameters for the system,improving the transmission efficiency of the system. |
