Under the basic state policy of conserving resources and protecting the environment,the research of energy recovery technology of hydraulic turbine residual pressure has social and economic significance.The hydroturbine is one of the devices to realize the liquid residual pressure energy recovery.It has been widely used in reverse osmosis seawater desalination,petrochemical industry,natural gas,synthetic ammonia,sewage treatment and so on.In order to improve the recovery efficiency of the hydroturbine,the core component of the design study has a very good practical value.In this paper,the influence of geometric parameters of high-lift hydraulic turbine impellers on turbine performance is introduced in engineering design and theoretical analysis.Firstly,the hydraulic design of the hydraulic turbine impeller is carried out by taking the centrifugal pump impeller design method as an example,referring to the design theory of the “pump as turbine”.The hydraulic model is used to draw the wood turbine model.Solidworks software was used to simulate the 3D solid model of the turbine impeller.Secondly,the ICEM CFD software was used to mesh the flow channel,impeller flow passage and draft tube model of the hydraulic turbine inlet chamber respectively,and ANSYS CFX software The numerical simulation is carried out on the internal flow field of the hydrodynamic turbine.Thirdly,the CFD post-processing software is combined with the numerical simulation results to analyze the pressure field and velocity field of the hydrodynamic turbine inner flow region.Velocity vector and pressure cloud,the pressure and velocity distribution in the flow region of the high-lift hydraulic turbine are obtained.Finally,the influence of different impeller speed on the hydrodynamic efficiency curve is studied by changing the rotational speed of the impeller.The performance curves of the hydraulic turbine are drawn.The influence of impeller parameters on the performance of the hydrodynamic turbine is obtained by analyzing the lift curve,the flow power curve and the flow efficiency curve.Through the design and research of the high-lift hydraulic turbine impeller,the design method and experience of the high-head hydraulic turbine are summarized.By analyzing and studying the impeller model,the influence of the impeller parameters on the hydraulic turbine efficiency is obtained.,which provides a empirical method for how to improve the hydrodynamic performance in high pressure inlet conditions.
