Whitewater Tailings And APMP Waste Liquid In The Application Research Of Corrugated Base Paper Production

Based on whitewater tailings culture paper production line and the aspen APMP pulp waste liquid boil adhesive for corrugated base paper production was carried out applied research.First by analyzing the whitewater tailings culture paper production line and the aspen APMP pulp waste liquid production line process and the formation process,composition analysis,after using the influence of various performance indicators of corrugated base paper.Through the test in laboratory,we obtain the whitewater tailings and the aspen APMP pulp waste liquid is used for the optimal scheme of corrugated base paper production.In successful application of whitewater tailings filling in corrugated base paper production,on the basis of whitewater tailings was studied the influence of loading quantity to manufacture paper with pulp corrugated base paper and effects on paper strength index.Found that whitewater tailings loading quantity for corrugated base paper production can bring certain benefits,but the loading quantity more than 20%,the stability of the corrugated base paper production is affected,the strength of corrugated base paper index also affected,prove that whitewater tailings filling volume shoulds not be more than 20%.The best dosage is 15%.At the same time,this paper also studied the aspen APMP pulp waste liquid boil after the glue applied in the production of corrugated base paper sizing under all kinds of replacement ratio of corrugated base paper manufacture paper with pulp and paper strength index.Results show that using the aspen APMP pulp waste liquid is used to boil glue is good for enhancing strength of corrugated base paper,and reduce the sizing costs.In order to further verify the effectiveness in the production of corrugated base paper,this paper has carried on the pilot production,found that whitewater tailings filling quantity control in 25%,full use of the aspen APMP pulp waste liquid boil after adhesive glue production,for corrugated base paper production and paper index to promote role,and cost accounting.Finally,the use of paper mill whitewater tailings and the aspen APMP waste liquid as main raw material,through experiment and pilot test,add the whitewater tailings used for corrugated base paper filling,the aspen APMP waste liquid is used to cook glue,reduce the impact on the environment,both at the same time also reduce the cost of corrugated base paper manufacture paper with pulp to make economic and social benefits.
