Bagasse chemical thermal mechanical pulp(CTMP)has the advantages of high yield and friendly environment.In this paper,using bagasse as raw material,the effects of chemical pulping process on energy consumption,yield,fiber properties and paper properties were studied.The preparation of corrugated base paper with Bagasse Pulping and waste pulp was studied.The main contents and results are as follows:The effects of pulping process on pulp yield,milling energy consumption,fiber properties and paper properties were investigated.The results showed that from the pulp yield and refining energy,pulping process more appropriate amount of NaOH was 6%,the high temperature of 110 ℃,the holding time is 30 min,then the pulp yield is 92.1%.Refining energy is 940 Kw·h·t-1,The paper’s bursting strength reached 1.933 KPa·m2·g-1,tensile index is 44.32 N·m·g-1,the ring pressure index was 9.87 N·m·g-1.By using optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,atomic force microscope,X ray diffraction,X ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis of the change of fiber properties.The results showed that after a period of grinding,there were a lot of tiny fibers,and after second stages of grinding,the fiber became obvious.With the increasing of the treatment,fiber crystallization zone gradually decreased,lignin content of fiber surface decreased,fiber surface C-O,O-C-O or C=O ratio increased.which helps to form more hydrogen bonds between fibers and improves paper properties.The corrugated base paper was prepared from CTMP and waste pulps.The effects of the amount of waste pulp,the freeness of waste pulp and the amount of CPAM on the physical properties properties of corrugated base paper were studied.The results show that:with the increase of the amount of waste paper pulp,paper burst index,tensile index and ring crush index decreased,The suitable addition amount of waste pulp is 20%,The corrugated paper prepared at this time meets the requirements of the national superior products.The freeness of waste pulp is 24° SR,and the tensile index of paper is the best.The amount of CPAM increased from 0.01%to 0.05%,and the packing retention rate increased from 40.82%to 81.47%,and the slurry water filtration performance was also improved.The amount of cationic polyacrylamide was best at 0.03%.
