NP and BPA are a phenolic environmental estrogens. NP is a fine chemical raw material, is widely used in plastic finishing agent, plastics plasticizing agents, industrial and household detergent,pesticide, and printing and dyeing emulsifier etc., and be used synthetic non-ionic surface active agent of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether. BPA is an important material for the production of polycarbonate plastic and epoxy resin, the products include food packaging materials, adhesives,also can produce plasticizer, flame retardant, antioxidant and other fine chemical products. NP and BPA are not allowed to be used in food, especially in infant formula. NP and BPA in milk,production, packaging and other process of infant formula is very easy to introduce into the milk powder, and then to bring harm to the health of infants and young children.This project attempts to study the rapid detection methods of NP and BPA in infant formula,mainly including the follows:1. Built a pretreatment method of infant formula powder of NP and BPA by UPLC-MSMS.Select the appropriate extraction solvent, and determine the best solvent volume and time, etc..2. By optimizing the UPLC mobile phase, gradient elution procedures and mass spectrometric conditions, established an instrument method for the determination of NP and BPA.3. Verification the method by the linear range, correlation coefficient, precision, recovery rate and so on.4. Application the building method detected and analysis the infant formula powder from the market of different brands, different packaging.The results of the study indicate that: the cyclohexane ethyl acetate(volume ratio 1:1) as the extraction solvent can better separation of NP and BPA. In the linear range of 0-500?g/kg, the method showed good linearity(R2?0.998), The average recoveries were 85.2%~109.5%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 4.57%~6.51%. The column was ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 WATERS column, the mobile phase was 0.1% ammonia and methanol solution, and the ion source of mass spectrometry was ESI- ion source. Through the detection of real samples, it was found that some samples contain NP and BPA, and in the linear range of 0-500?g/kg, the method showed goodlinearity(R2?0.998), the average recoveries were 82.6%~106.1% and RSD were less than 10%. The method is rapid, accurate and sensitive. It is suitable for the rapid analysis and detection of NP and BPA in infant formula powder.
