Biodiesel is a kind of green clean energy.In the current world oil crisis,it is a very important task to develop the biodiesel which can be used as a substitute for petrochemical diesel.At present,restricting a factor in the development of biodiesel feedstock cost is too high,because of vegetable oil prone to compete with food situation,and the use of waste oil to produce biodiesel become solve the raw material oil bottleneck,realize the industrialized production of biodiesel in a big move.Usually,waste from animal fat in meat processing plant residue,can be used to produce qualified biodiesel,but there is a kind of waste animal fats,namely dead livestock grease can also as a raw material for biodiesel production.For livestock and poultry breeding industry,every year there will be a large number of livestock and poultry deaths each year will produce millions of tons of dead livestock.If the oil can be used to produce biodiesel,it will undoubtedly open up the raw material of biodiesel,and it will be beneficial to the utilization of waste materials.Our residents mainly to pork meat,in 2014 the total annual meat production reached 85 million 400 thousand tons,an increase of 2% over the previous year.The pork production is 56 million 710 thousand tons,after conversion,the output of pork accounts for 66.4% of the total output of meat in our country.However,according to the survey,there are more than 200 kinds of infectious diseases of livestock and poultry in China,the annual mortality rate of pigs caused by various diseases in 8%12%.If can use dead pork boil the oil as raw materials for production of biodiesel,compared with the traditional dead pig processing method,can make rational use of resources,not only can the abandoned dead pork waste to treasure and can greatly reduce the preparation cost of biodiesel production.The dead pigs boil of lard as raw material,by chemical catalytic method.Firstly,the pretreatment of lard,removal of impurities and moisture,then using KOH as catalyst mortality lard to produce biodiesel,study to examine the effects of reaction temperature,amount of catalyst,molar ratio of alcohol to oil,reaction time factors on the mortality of lard to produce biodiesel,finally,using response surface methodology for the optimization of process conditions.On the basis of the experimental results and references,the energy and emission in the life cycle of biodiesel were analyzed and evaluated by using the chemical catalytic method of dead lard,the results were found as follows:1.Participate in the esterification reaction of raw oil first pretreated test,specific operation is as follows: the raw oil in 80? water bath for 1 hour after static filtering and impurity removing;filtered liquid adding phosphoric acid and quantitative hot water and continue mixing 20 min around,the reaction liquid centrifugal separation,abandoned the colloid precipitation.Degumming,bleaching,dehydration of raw oil processing,pre processing rate can reach 80%;then according to single factor experiment results of response surface experiments.Experimental results show that,in the reaction temperature is 80?,molar ratio of methanol to oil 6.6:1,catalyst dosage 1.0%?accounts for the percentage of fat mass?,reaction time was 100 min,the esterification rate reached the highest 32.5%.2.On whole life cycle chemical catalysis mortality lard to produce biodiesel energy analysis,to 1kg biodiesel as a functional unit.The results show that the energy consumption per kg of biodiesel production 38.6 MJ,the output energy is 39.5 MJ and energy output and input ratio was 102.3%.Among them,the most energy consuming is methanol and catalyst production process stage,accounting for 72.4% of the total energy consumption;followed by the raw material pretreatment process,accounting for 14.1% of the total energy consumption.3.Chemical method for the production of bio diesel fuel in the whole life cycle is mainly for gas and solid waste emissions,including gas pollutants as the most important way of emission.Pollutant gases CO2 emission quality,each producing 1kg biodiesel.The quality of CO2 emissions for 6770.6,the largest methanol and catalyst phase of the production process emissions accounted for 43.3% of the total CO2 emissions,solid waste emissions quality 42.9 kg,mainly to produce the remaining slag,from raw material pretreatment process,accounted for 96.2% of the solid waste emission ratio.4.The chemical catalysis mortality lard full life cycle energy consumption and emission analysis results study found that,if the energy efficient use of,should reduce the energy consumption of methanol and catalyst phase of the production process,reducing methanol and catalyst phase of the production process of gas and solid emissions.
