A chain plate machine called CPM is the key equipment of the automatic production line for aluminum-iron casting. Because of the bad working environment, the wear of mold handling template strand is very serious. However, traditional chain lubrication device and method could not be completely effective to solve the chain wear, so there is an urgent need for a special needle to chain lubricating device to improve the lubrication effect and to reduce wear. A high efficiency lubricating device for CPM is presented in this thesis, which adopts principle of centralized grease lubrication system and combines novel wheel type distributor, according to the different grease consumption of each lubricating point, the timing and quantity of grease supply to the lubricating point. The lubricating effect of the lubricating point of this device is guaranteed, the workload is reduced, the loss amount of the lubricating grease is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is saved.First of all, according to lubrication requirement and process parameters of CPM, comparative analysis of Shortages of traditional chain lubrication is carried out, and a new overall scheme for efficient lubrication of CPM is proposed. The oil feeding device with wheeled dispensers and the cam control mechanism is designed, the key mechanism is analyzed in detail, and the composition and structure of the work target is determined.According to the lubrication requirement of mold conveyor chain of CPM, the performance parameters and the structural parameters of the lubrication system are initially identified. According to the overall plan and technical parameters, oil feeder, cam control mechanism and other key components for lubricating device are designed and analyzed in detail to acquire three-dimensional model of oil feeding device based on UG.A virtual prototype model of the oil feeding device is built based on ADAMS. The kinematic simulation of oil feeding process is carried out, and the position curve of the oil outlet is output to verify the correctness of the structure scheme of oil feeding device. The animation of simulation results of virtual prototype is made, which truly reacts the working process of the oil feeding device. Based on FLUENT, three-dimensional fluid model of oil feeder is built to obtain the flow characteristic of the oil feeder by solving the calculation. The results of simulating analysis show clearly that the structural design of the oil feeder and hydraulic components can meet the requirement of the work.
