Water is wealth, given human nature, can be such a valuable asset because the human being becomes excessive squandering scarce. Because of water resources in China there is a serious over-exploitation in the near future, recovery of production and domestic wastewater reuse water demand will inevitably become ease the contradiction only choice. In a corn-based ethanol production process through cooling water quality is relatively stable, but the water temperature industrial wastewater. If there is a big part of the wastewater directly discharged waste, thermal pollution, while water will destroy the aquatic environment. In this paper, ethanol production once-through cooling water reuse to explore, try homogeneous emission, green water, purifying regeneration of these shares on the three ways heat pollution by industrial waste for recycling. Due to the homogeneous discharge, a simple green water reuse, we focus on the content of the once-through cooling water purification regeneration.DC cooling water considerable value, but not reuse the better, how can we control the key technology of water within a reasonable range of reuse. The first time on the once-through cooling water through theoretical calculations DC cold water reuse time to determine the starting point and the water quality data obtained after recycling; cooling water temperature fermentation by yeast analysis of the impact, reducing the yeast fermentation process due to the cooling water temperature fluctuations caused by changes.Carried out in recyclable four months running back with the early exploration of the effects of the summer reuse and accident analysis, fall back and effect analysis and so on. Total of once-through cooling water recycling 690,000 tons. Test accumulated detailed production data, it has laid a solid foundation for the future use of the work of recovery.
