The Performance Study Of Brush Roll For 3# Line Cleaning Period Steel Works Of Anshan Iron And Steel Group Corporation

This research is mainly aimed at ANSTEEL 3 # line cleaning period of cleaning equipment abrasion performance. As an important part of cold rolling, understand the function and performance of the production section, analysis and test the key performance is extremely important for the research and development,put to use,maintenance,debugging of the equipment.This paper analysis and research the Application of cleaning equipment in ANSTEEL Cold Rolling Plant 3 # line first which drawing on the technology of HOTANI steel brush roll. The cleaning section includes several stage works like spray cleaning, scrubbing section, electrolytic cleaning section, water rinse, dry. This paper systematic summary the job skills of Each section, and the performance parameters of relevant equipment. All the parameters can provide the necessary reference basis For similar production period of the design, development and performance research.Then using the virtual simulation technology, Modal analysis the free state and constraint state of the cleaning brush roller. Mainly adopts the 3D modeling software Solidworks and finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, establish a virtual simulation system to doing the simulation analysis,the finite element strength analysis and the modal analysis on the performance of the brush roller by using the respective advantages of these two kinds of software. From the analysis results I finally confirm the cleaning brush roll system structure design and installation design is reasonable, the strength of the brush roller can also meet requirements,it certainly will not resonate with other accessories in the process of normal use to ensure the stability and safety of the equipment.Finally,I scheme design the dynamic balance testing device of the cleaning section according to the principle of dynamic balance analysis of correlation, and apply it to the actual test of the brush roller. The results show that the design of the test scheme is reasonable, and it can realize the need for the test of the brush roller.Through the above analysis, I finally finished the study of the cleaning equipment in ANSTEEL Cold Rolling Plant 3 # line, and the data obtained are valuable for the analysis and performance of similar equipment.
