With the development of high precision, high speed, high speed, high efficiency and high finish, the machining performance of the machine is becoming more and more strict. The machining performance of machine tools is closely related to the static and dynamic characteristics of the structure, which has become an important index to measure the structural performance of the machine tool. The debris produced in the process of mechanical parts is an inevitable problem in the process of machining. If the debris produced can not be cleared in time, the formation of debris can not be cleared away. When the parts are engaged, product bue may fall off,thereby increasing the parts wear, cause parts are damaged, causing the impact,vibration and noise, more serious will scrap parts, causing irreversible mechanical equipment failure. So reducing or eliminating the production of chip can not only increase the life of parts, but also greatly improve the reliability and safety of the equipment.In this paper, combined with the actual plant to GP300 CNC hobbing for the study, first GP300 CNC hobbing equipment structure and characteristics, processing methods, machining process, works were analyzed to identify the main parameters affecting the performance of hobbing, while NC hobbing machine axes for analysis.Secondly, the top teeth and root processing occurs generated BUE analyze proposed to reduce or eliminate BUE impact of measures simultaneously from both hardware and software, according to the degree of influence on the hobbing machine structure,filtration systems, etc. update and make adjustments to improve greatly reduce BUE,and to improve processing quality, processing gear failure rate below 5%.Finally,ANSYS finite element analysis software, key components of hobbing table modal analysis to determine the first ten natural frequencies and mode shapes, identify weaknesses, and to perform the analysis and comparison of before and after optimization according to this feature, you can see key performance indicators CNC hobbing have a more significant increase, away from the resonance region, to further enhance the hobbing machining accuracy and quality.
