As the depletion of fossil energy and the deterioration of ecological environment, seeking alternative of fossil energy has drawn wide attention.Utilization of biomass has become a research hotspot in recent years. In the case of different kinds of biomass resources being used, fallen leaves biomass resources have not been fully utilized. This paper chooses Platanus Orientalis Leaves raw material, studied the characteristics of Photo-hydrogen Production.First the process from embarks,on the basis of maximum sugar yield, reduced cost of enzymatic hydrolysis enzyme solution, determining the optimal enzymatic hydrolysis of deciduous enzyme saccharification process conditions.Secondly in the pretreatment of deciduous process, dilute sulfuric acid pretreatment process was optimized by using orthogonal experiments,Again studing the pretreatment of the different of Acid and alkali concentration influence on leaf photosynthetic biological hydrogen production, and the modified Gompertz equation regression analysis was carried out on the hydrogen production process, the feasibility and necessity of the pretreatment of photosynthetic biohydrogen production with fallen leaves as raw material were verified. Finally studied the light, temperature, substrate concentration, inoculation amount and initial p H of effection on Platanus Orientalis Leaves simultaneous saccharification production hydrogen, based on hydrogen production,Plackett-Burman experiment was carried out on screening the above five factors, screening for three goals sycamores deciduous synchronous saccharification of biological hydrogen production factors significantly, then using the response surface method to optimize experiment, and conduct intuitive and variance analysis with the results,in order to get the best production process conditions. The results of the experiments showed that,(1)Through the determination of the main components of platanus orientalis leaves, the cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin was 32.51%,19.65% and 30.13%,compared with the crop straw biomass ess than 10%,this result indicated that Platanus Orientalis Leaves can be used as raw material to produce hydrogen.(2)Efficient enzyme pretreatmen tnot only can improve the efficiency of hydrogen production, also can reduce the production cost, through the enzymatic hydrolysis time and substrate concentration, enzyme load single factor analysis,it is concluded that the best conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis:Enzyme load of 150 mg/g deciduous, enzymolysis reaction time of 9 h,substrate concentration of 250 mg/m L.(3)Through screening Plackett-Burman experiment,it is concluded that temperature, initial p H and inoculum concentration affect deciduous simultaneous saccharification production hydrogen is more significant,in the face of these three factors was optimized using response experiment, and the experiment result of variance analysis of the optimum process of simultaneous saccharification production: : p H 6.30,the temperature of 6.30?,26.63% inoculated quantity, producing hydrogen capacity of 58.65ml/g,the experimental results and equation fitting forecast(59.17 ml/g).(4)In the biological hydrogen production process from Platanus Orientalis Leaves, the small molecule acid in the fermented liquid hydrogen production with the production of hydrogen for change as well.In cases of hydrogen substrates for 5g,at the end of Photosynthetic production of hydrogen process, the fermented liquid accumulation the main small molecule acid and content : acetic acid, butyric acid, propionic acid and ethanol, respectively is 624 mg/L,422 mg/L,558 mg/L and 866mg/L;the end of dark fermentation to produce hydrogen:cetic acid, butyric acid, propionic acid and ethanol, respectively is 2966 mg/L,1624 mg/L,1365 mg/L,1352mg/L.
