Compound pollution of atmospheric SO2 and Pb is the main air pollutant of Refinery and petrochemical operation. It is not only destroying the environment surrounding, and a serious threat to health of residents. Due to plant ecological restoration that have features of durable and efficient, simple operation and economic security, ecological plant restoration easily become a kind of green ecological restoration engineering technology on compound pollution of environmental SO2 and Pb.Research selects the tree species of Platanus orientalis that has strong capability of resisting pollutant and absorbing pollutant. By sampling from site, adopting three replicates randomized block experimental design, and using statistical analysis methods of T-test, variance analysis, multiple comparisons, relative analyze and main ingredients analyze, research study the characteristics of the changes in related physiological and biochemical of Platanus orientalis leaves, such as chlorophyll content, active oxygen content and protection enzyme activity within the cell and so on, as well as the changes in absorbing S and Pb, and analyze ecological restoration effect on compound pollution of atmospheric SO2-Pb of Platanus orientalis. Research provide a theoretical basis for studying plant ecological restorating SO2 and Pb pollution under the stress of compound pollution of SO2 and Pb.Conclusion for the research indicates:1. Purification mechanism of Platanus orientalis on compound Pollution of atmospheric SO2-PbUnder the stress of compound pollution of atmospheric SO2 and Pb, it is not obvious of Platanus orientalis leaves absorbing SO2, or absorbed SO2 were transferred to other organizations, but it is obvious of Platanus orientalis leaves absorbing Pb. It is not obvious of the relativity of Platanus orientalis leaves absorbing between SO2 and Pb.2. Resistance mechanism of Platanus orientalis on compound Pollution of atmospheric SO2-Pb(1) By analysis of variance and multiple comparisons, chlorophyll content, MDA, APX activity, POD activity, production rate of superoxide anion and soluble sugar of Platanus orientalis leaves are significantly affected by the compound pollution of atmospheric SO2 and Pb (P<0.05).(2) Chlorophyll content and soluble protein content of Platanus orientalis leaves are significantly negative correlation)(P<0.05).(3) Platanus orientalis mainly constantly produce more chlorophyll to enhance photosynthesis to generate more soluble sugar and soluble protein, activating activity of APX to clear superoxide anion and POD to purging excessive reactive oxygen, removing MDA of Platanus orientalis leaves to resist stress of compound pollution of SO2-Pb.3.Ecological restoration effect of Platanus orientalis on compound pollution of atmospheric SO2-Pb(1) In first main ingredients, the load of APX activity, soluble sugar content, MDA content and Pb content is tiptop, and the load of POD activity. In second main ingredients, soluble protein content and chlorophyll content is tiptop. In third main ingredients, the load of pH value on cells Liquid of Platanus orientalis leaves and S content is tiptop.(2) By synthetising chlorophyll doing good to enhancing chlorophyll by photosynthesis, producing osmoregulation substance and nutrients such as soluble sugar and soluble protein and so on, activating APX and POD activity to remove reactive oxygen in the body, removing MDA of Platanus orientalis leaves, and adjusting pH value on cells Liquid of Platanus orientalis leaves, it maintains normal metabolism to promote Platanus orientalis to absorb SO2 and Pb.(3) It can require the main component score formula through principal component analysis on indicators of Platanus orientalis, calculate that the score of principal components are 101.60. The value can be used as the reference values for the main components of the same index of different plants of the same region. And the selected criteria of Platanus plants ecological restoration could be established about compound pollution of atmospheric SO2 and Pb.
