| Intersecting between tube elements is widely used to transport liquid materials,trusses and other occasions.When used as a pressure-tight container,the intersecting line groove of fittings demands high precision.Because the current processing methods are difficult to achieve the necessary requirements,the study of intersecting line groove track is necessary.Therefore,with different intersecting forms of the curve for the study,according to pipe intersecting line of the mathematical model and the intersecting line bevel cutting principle,this thesis establishes cutting motion simulation model to obtain fittings different intersecting forms through simulation trajectory curve.Complete error analysis comparing the results of simulation,and choose the best processing methods,which have an important guiding significance for the design of cutting machine.Firstly,researching on forms of tube and pipe,conical tubes,RHS,this thesis calculate the trajectory equations for every form of intersecting line groove with spatial geometry analytical methods,and analyze the forming principle of tube manufacturing error in actual processing condition.The manufacturing error formula is on the derivation.Secondly,the combination of fixed angle bevel,bevel pointing vector analysis,the actual cutting and bevel angle vector solving.According to the actual form of the groove,pick up special software measurement point,the amount of change to solve the groove curve and plotted the amount of change varies with bevel angle curve,and then tear down the error compensation formula based on the amount of change curve beveling.Thirdly,according to analysis and theoretical calculation of the whole processing,establish a movement model of cutting machine,describe the movement way of motor shaft in detail.By analyzing motion shaft speed,velocity model and mathematical constraint model is establishedLastly,with circular tube orthogonal,deflection distance intersection,offset oblique penetration way as the sample of simulation,establish four samples fittings of three-dimensional model and make the trajectory line with Pro/E.With established motion model to simulate four samples in two different movement patterns respectively,compare insert the simulation curve with model’s trajectory line and analysis the outcome,implement the error analysis to the motor shaft,summarize the feasibility of different movement way in the actual product. |
