In this paper.L-arginine hydrochloride as a starting material.thionyl chloride as the acylating agent, ethanol as solvent, to give the intermediate ester L-arginine ethyl ester dihydrochloride.the final product was obtained by acylation without purification of the intermediate product, and then to give lauroyl arginine ethyl ester hydrochloride (LAE) with further purification.and process routes were optimized.Secondly.the physicochemica 1 properties of LAE as a new food additive.antibacterial mechanism,antibacterialactivity, security.and in the food industry and cosmetic industry applications summarized.Finally, referring to EFSA standards for impurities and related substances produced LAE synth-esis process were studied. |
