This work comes from the key project on humanities and social science of colleges and universities in Anhui Provence named “Anhui tea culture heritage excavation and research”.Based on the classification method of Jiangsu tea cultural heritage resources from the book of The research on Jiangsu tea cultural heritage written by LIU Xin-qiu and WANG Si-ming,this paper will be a report about Anhui tea cultural heritage resources from three categories like special local products,historic site and technique.The introduction is a review about the significance and research status of selected topic.The second chapter is a research on Anhui tea cultural heritage about special local products.First of all,it's a review about the results of geographical indications protection of Anhui tea;then is a conclusion of Anhui tea cultural heritage about special local products;in the end,the countermeasures is discussed.There are six suggestions to inherit specialty classes of tea cultural heritage including more quality standards for geographical indication product,expand the scope of protection,develop the coperation of geographical indications and tea cultural heritage,more geographical indication,get three systems' s protection and integrate the brands of the same tea by geographical indication.The third chapter is a specific study of Anhui tea cultural heritage about historic site from two aspects like water suitable for tea and kilns producing tea sets.Firstly,it's a discussion about the ancient's opinion on water suitable for tea;Secondly,it's a conclusion of springs or kilns related to tea explored in Anhui.The springs includes Huaiyuan's white milk spring,the Ziwei spring from Chuzhou City,Feidong's Hechao spring,a pearl spring from Shouxian and Huangshan spring;the sites ever used for making tea sets have Shouzhou kiln site,Xiafuqiao kiln site and Huishui kiln site.How to protect?On one hand,actively declare provincial or national protection of cultural relics units,on the other hand,fully tap the potential about tourism value and market value based on the principle of living protection.Chapter four is a study on Anhui's technical tea cultural heritage from the perspective of traditional technique of tea food making.There are many famous tea food in the south,such as pickled cabbage in Yixian,filamentary tofu stirred with species easily seen in Wuhu,etc;the representative tea food in the middle have stemmed dessert with a red dot loved by Lujiang people,a pie's name means “have ever saved an emperor” from Shouxian.What about the tea food in the north of Anhui?It's special,too.For example,a kind of stemmed bread named Gaozhuang,palm-shaped crisp,etc.How to inherit these traditionaltechnique?First of all,take into consideration the application for registration at provincial level or national non-material cultural heritage list,moreover,develop some tea food to meet the needs of modern society on the basis of original technology.In the end,not only put forward to the advice “protection first,used probably” while protecting and inheriting the specialties,historic site or technique of Anhui tea cultural heritage,take Luan as an example and discuss the methods of inheritance and development about Luan's tea cultural heritage,the suggestions is it can be combined with the construction of Luan tea valley or it can be implemented from the perspective of the declaration of CIAHS or GIAHS.
