| Cold heading is currently one of the materials forming methods;it’s very important and is widely applied.Bit is indispensable part of the drilling machine,with increased the accuracy of drilling machine,machining precision and quality of the drill bit to become modern needs to solve a problem,while the existing bit of cold upsetting process have been unable to meet this requirement.To improve the cold heading process,the optimization of cold heading parameters,thus improve the cold heading began to attach importance to product quality.Through the cold heading parameter optimization,improving the cold heading process,the reduction of cold upsetting force,improve the service life of the mold,omitting complex pretreatment,such as heat treatment process for cold heading industry and even the entire manufacturing industry has important significance.Analysis in this dissertation,we study the processing mechanism of 40 Cr bit,cold heading forming method,find out the influence parameters of cold heading forming process,according to the principle of cold heading to establish parameter model,optimization data,through numerical analysis by finite element software simulation,combined withfield test data rationality,to guide the actual production of cold heading.First of all,analysis of the existing cold heading process,aiming at the defects in the cold heading process improvement,proposed a new machining process,analysis of cold upsetting process influencing factors;Second,existing cold heading process,the strain hardening effect,high hardness material need beforehand for heat treatment,machining process is complex and the product quality cannot be guaranteed.In order to solve this problem,based on the improved mould Angle and material upsetting rate,combining with the cold upsetting force adjustment,optimize the cold heading process;Third,through the analysis of the parameters of the cold heading process,find out the most significant impact on the cold heading process factors,combined with basic principle of cold heading and cold upsetting force experience formula and the theory of the mould,bit cold heading parameter mathematical model is established.Through numerical analysis and theoretical calculation,cold upsetting force,deformation degree and die Angle,the optimal mathematical relationships and to get optimized parameters;Cold heading parameters obtained by finite element software simulation combined with stress echograms analysis the rationality of the parameters for each station,the final test trial samples.,according to the results of numerical analysis,finite element simulation and experiment results,the cold heading process of 40 Cr materials saving heat treatment process,saving resourceat the same time,to ensure product quality;Finally,this dissertation made the optimization design of cold heading actuator,established cold heading actuator model and by using modal analysis method to solve the model,thus for the further research institute under the action of impact load of fatigue property and reliability to provide the reference. |
