Water pollution caused by industrial waste and other pharmaceutical waste is a major environmental problem facing our country,High Phosphorus in Wastewater produced by pharmaceutical companies in the production process untreated into the rivers and lakes,which greatly increases the load on the natural water of nutrients, leading to eutrophication of water bodies. Therefore, the key to control of pharmaceutical wastewater discharged excess phosphorus element, step up to the high concentrations of phosphorus standard pharmaceutical wastewater treatment technology research, the introduction of safe, reliable, economical and practical new technology has become a sewage treatment resources, to achieve sustainable development.Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a large generated by chemical synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates business in Jiangxi. the company mainly produces adenine,olmesartan intermediates,atazanavir intermediates such as pharmaceutical intermediates. In this paper, for the chemical synthetic pharmacy wastewater phosphate content high, high organic matter content, but poor biochemical characteristics,using "the MAP + ABR +A2/O " combination process for processing research, studied the MAP, ABR and A2/O process of start-up, commissioning and operation,examines the effect of each processing unit and optimization to determine the optimum parameters of each processing unit.Using the MAP crystallization dephosphorus pharmaceutical wastewater pretreatment. Test showed that: Pretreatment precipitating agent selected combination of Mg Cl2·6H02O and NH4 Cl, when the initial reaction conditions: PH = 9.5, n(Mg): n(N): n(P) = 1.2: 1: 1, the reaction contact time was 15 min, the water PO43--P concentration of approximately 3800 mg/L, the treated effluent PO43--P concentration is less than 20mg/L, PO43--P removal efficiency of more than 99.6%;Water concentration of NH4+-N in about 120 mg/L, treated effluent NH4+-N concentration below 75 mg/L.Using ABR technology study on anaerobic treatment of mixed wastewater which after the MAP pretreatment. ABR reactor inoculated anaerobic sludge, fixed hydraulic retention time(HRT), gradually increase the influent substrate concentration of start-up mode after starting three months, the successful completion of commissioning. Stable operation, the organic load of 3.0 kg CODCr/(m3/d), ABR reactor influent CODCr about 6000 mg/L, the treated effluent CODCr in 10001200 mg/L, CODCr removal rate over 80%, organic shock resistance capability of the system is good.Using A2/O process for SBR effluent on subsequent biological treatment research. A2/O pool after inoculated aerobic sludge, start with low concentration of intermittent water way, anaerobic period of the DO concentration control below 0.2 mg/L, Anoxic and aerobic DO was controlled at 0.5mg/L or less, and 24mg/L. During stable operation, SV steady at 35% 35%, and the sludge reflux ratio is 70%, nitrifying liquid reflux ratio is 200%, MLSS reached 3000 4000 mg/L, Influent CODCr in 1000 1200 mg / L, the water is maintained at below 100 mg / L, the removal rate of more than 90%; water PO43--P at 4.50mg/L or so, the water PO43--P at 1 mg/L or less, PO43--P removal efficiency greater than 80%; influent NH4+-N in the 90 110 mg/L, the effluent NH4+-N in 20mg/L or less, NH4+-N removal efficiency greater than 75%."MAP+ABR+A2/O”combined process for the chemical synthetic pharmacy wastewater removal rate of CODCr of around 98.3%, NH4+-N removal rate is more than 75%, PO43--P removal rate reached more than 99.9%. Water processing cost is 8.14 yuan/t.
