The flotation process has the characteristics of complex, multi-parameter and multi-variable, which is one of the important parameters grade slurry. Online slurry grade analysis to guide the production, conservation agents, control of product quality and increase the recovery rate and other aspects play a very crucial role. X-ray fluorescence analyzer carriers can quickly and in real-time measurement of slurry grade, but because of the domestic slurry grade detection technology is relatively backward, the analyzer has been dependent on foreign imports, its expensive, high installation, commissioning and maintenance costs, and foreign technical support Not timely.Beijing General Research Institute of mining and metallurgy, relying on the National 863 plan to support the successful development of online X fluorescence grade analysis system, Dexing copper mine introduced two sets of domestic grade analyzer in the application of research at home and abroad analyzer based on, the realization of the concentrator grade online real-time detection, Sizhou concentrator as for demonstration base, to fill gaps in the domestic application analyzer, reducing the dependence on foreign technology.Through briefly introduce the domestic X-ray fluorescence grade analyzer, focuses on taking slurry injector installation and slurry return system design, summed up the calibration modeling and equipment maintenance experiences and methods in the application process. In this paper, the operating rate and performance index of the instrument are analyzed, and compared with the same kind of imported equipment, and the evaluation method of measuring accuracy and measuring error of the instrument is discussed, and the economic benefit and social benefit of the X fluorescent grade analyzer are also summarized.Through the application of the domestic analyzer, all the performance indexes of the domestic analyzer can reach the level of similar imported products. The data of the analyzer has been used to guide the production of flotation, and gradually realize the assessment of the copper grade data into the economic responsibility system. Through the real-time data, the production operator to make reasonable and effective adjustment of the production process, plays the role of saving chemicals, controlling the quality of products and improving the recovery rate.
