Aryl Phosphate compounds and heterocyclic phosphate compounds has a significant place in the pharmaceutical chemistry, organophosphorus pesticides, phosphorus ligand chemistry, materials chemistry and organic synthesis. Over the years, the development of organic phosphorus chemical are very quickly, and organic phosphorus compounds shows its importance in many aspects, which has become an independent branch of chemistry. For example, some phosphate compounds compounds containing nitrongen element are endowed with wide-ranging crops, which are successfully used as potent insecticides, fungicides. However, despite the applications of phosphate compounds in many aspects have increased year by year, there are still many inevitable deficiencies such as: synthetic costly, post-processing difficult and environmental pollution, and so on. In some years, synthesis method of phosphate compounds have attracted scientists' extensive attention, especially for through economic efficiency, green environmental protection. So, our group reported some novel way of synthesis Heterocyclic aryl phosphate compounds.In the reaction system I2/air can synthesis benzoxazole bisphosphate compounds efficient in the first. Under the conditions of I2 as promoter, acetonitrile as solvent, benzoxazole and triethyl phosphite can green highly effective achieve C = N an addition to build C-P bond and N-P bond, and to Arbuzov reaction for an extension and expansion.I2-promoted synthesis of benzoxazole monophosphate compounds. Under the conditions of non-metallic I2 as promoter in this reaction, potassium persulfate as oxidant, acetonitrile as solvent, benzoxazole and triethyl phosphite can achieve 2-position Csp2-H bond functionalization to build a C-P bond, giving the benzoxazole phosphonate compounds. This reaction is successful to avoid the use of transition metal, while the majority of substrates can get above average yields.CuCl2 catalyzed selective synthesis of 3-position Coumarin phosphate products. The reaction in CuCl2 catalyst and potassium persulfate as oxidant, acetonitrile as solvent, coumarin and triethyl phosphite synthesized coumarin phosphate compounds with efficiently and high selectivily. The applicability of the system is better for most similar compounds can achieve the desired yield.
