This paper was mainly studied the chain structure of nitrile rubber, coordinate system and processing technology. IR and GPC analysis revealed that 12 brands NBR'S micro-structure, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution from market of nitrile rubber;Comparatively studied the vulcanization characteristics, physical-mechanical properties, compression permanent deformation, aging resistance and so on, to find out the performance differences of 12 brands NBR. The influence of processing technology and reinforcing filling system were studied on NBR2907E and NBR3305E which from Lanzhou Petrol Corp.Coordinate system to be explored. That the low sulfur with high promote vulcanization system, effectively improved the heat resistance, reduced the compression permanent deformation of NBR; Peroxide vulcanization system vulcanizate properties were better,When DCP dosages were 1.5 to 2, TAIC dosages were 0.5 to 1.5.Plasticizer and softener improved the processing technology of NBR, but caused the mechanical performance to worse.Therein coumarone resin was difficult extraction by solvent, increased the viscosity, but weakened freeze resistance capability. With the amount of CB increasing,and the smaller the particle size is, the mechanical property of NBR was better,but the resilience decreased and hardness was worse. White filler reinforcing effect was not obvious on NBR, but white carbon black was equally to carbon black reinforcing effect. Pollutional antiager protective effect was good,but didn't used to white or light color products.Protective agent too much was lead to bloom, general dosage in 1.5 to 2.0, with paraffin effect was better.Foaming properties related to vulcanization rate and foaming rate of NBR,2907E foam sample bubble hole was bigger, the surface was smooth, and 2907 bubble pore distribution more uniform. Sponge foam products of 3305E obturator rate was large, bubble hole was small and distribution was uniform, the surface was smooth, apparent density and compression permanent deformation was small.Processing technology conditions to was researched.Used the control variable method to explore the vulcanization pressure, temperature and time effect on the properties of NBR vulcanizates;Single variable, as the curing temperature, pressure, time increases, respectively, the tensile strength of the vulcanizates, stretching stress, hardness increased, the tensile elongation reduced.
