The Research On Characteristics,Problems And Optimization Of The Spatial Distribution About Natural Conservation Area Of Liaoning Province

Natural conservation area is an area with special protection and management according to the law,including land,water area and sea area,that protection object exists.Typical natural ecosystem,concentrated distribution area of valuable and rare wild animals and plants and natural relic with special meaning are all protection object.Natural conversation area is a natural warehouse of ecosystem and species.Using the knowledge and theory of physical geography,economic geography and geographic information system.First of all,according to pattern trait,based on ArcGIS,create a database about 96 nature conservation area of Liaoning province.Secondly,classification the nature conservation area of Liaoning province and finding the spatial distribution characteristics of nature conservation area.Thirdly,according to the result about the sassessment of ecological environmental vulnerability in nature conservation area and summarizing the problems in the space layout of nature conservation area.Finally,the space layout optimization of Liaoning nature conservation area is proposed.The research conclusions show below:(1)The spatial distribution characteristics of Nature Reserve in Liaoning province.Distribution density of natural conservation area has large difference.Huludao has the highest distribution density with 9.54 per 104 km2.The second is Dalian with 9.54 per 104 km2.Tieding is the lowest one with 1.54 per 104 km2.Concentration index of Liaoning province is 32.073,namely at city level the natural conservation area has concentrated distribution.Natural conservation area in Liaoning province shows equally distribution and randomness.NNI of natural conservation area in Liaoning province is 1.04,only 0.04 higher than 1,denoting equally distribution and randomness of spatial distribution.(2)The problems in the spatial distribution of the natural conservation area in Liaoning ProvinceThe spatial layout of Liaoning natural conservation area is not matched with the ecological environment in the region.There are 96 conservation area in Liaoning Province,36 distribution in ecological environment vulnerability index of high value distribution area of Liaoning Province in the western region,60 distribution on the ecological environment vulnerability index of low value distribution area of Liaoning Province in the eastern region,distributed in the ecological environment fragile index of high value area of 36 Nature Reserve Area accounted for only 29.29%of the total area of the reserve.The provincial level development zone is mainly distributed in most areas of central Liaoning Province,nature conservation area and ecological environment vulnerable areas and the main functional areas are not unified.Liaoning Provincial Natural Protection Area in Liaoning provincial key development areas of the outer edge of the distribution,and Huludao as the ecological environment is extremely fragile city,more than half of the nature reserve distribution in Liaoning Province level development zone.(3)Suggestions on the optimization of spatial layout of Liaoning nature conservation areaIn view of the present situation of the Liaoning Provincial Natural Protection Region of space layout does not match with the local ecological environment,the idears should be taken such as:increasing the number of nature reserves,changing of the nature protection area,improving protected area where the regional ecological environment,improving the Liaoning Province nature reserve network construction,and other measures to adjust the natural protection areas match with the areas where ecological environment in degree value.Aiming at the phenomenon of the Liaoning provincial natural protection area does not match Liaoning provincial key development areas of local coordination,mainly by adjusting the nature reserve position,changing of natural protection area,creating new nature reserves and re planning which the key development area of Liaoning province does not match with the nature conservation area.act.to realize the goal that the space distribution of protected area coordination with the function zoning.
