Because of the good softness and breathability,we have applied it to the garment as early as in thousand of years ago.But,due to lack of the advance of degumming,bulk raw material can not be provided,apocynum venetum is not widely used.It is a kind of wild plants,and has good physical properties and performance,high hygroscopicity,health and antibacterial.The textile of it is deeply loved by consumers.At present,chemical degumming is mainly degumming method,but the process is relatively complex,water consumption is big,and environment pollution is serious.So,a novel and environmental degumming is very important,and it has a promising prospect of application.According to the requirement of spinnability,and combined with the structure of apocynum venetum,we make a novel degumming process.We get the parameters by the orthogonal design.We discuss the degumming process of 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazole acetate-water and 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazole-water by single factor experiment.We compare the degumming of two ionic liquid,and bleach the apocynum venetum fiber.Finally,recycle the used ionic liquid.This make a positive role to the degumming of apocynum venetum.We use acid method to pretreat apocynum venetum,and discuss the effect of acid concentration,time,temperature and bath ratio by orthogonal design.Through the analysis of the residue rate,it is concluded that the degumming process condition is3g/L H2SO4,60℃,1h,1:30.The novel degumming is using [BMIM][Ac]-water and [EMIM][Ac]-water,and we discuss the effect of ionic liquid concentration,time,temperature and bath ratio by single factor experiment.We compare the degumming of two ionic liquid.We find that the effect of 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazole acetate is better,and the parameter of degumming is [BMIM][AC]80%,130 ℃,6h,1:20.The residue rate of fiber degummed bu the parameter is 11.89% The apocynum venetum fibers before and after degumming are characterized by Scanning electron micrographs,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometer.Finally,bleach the apocynum venetum fiber to improve the whiteness and residual rate of apocynum venetum.The parameter of bleaching process is30%H2O2(30%),5g/L Na2SiO3,90℃,40 min,1:20.The whiteness of fiber is increased by 44.1%,and the residue rate is decreased from 11.89% to 3.75%.Then,reduce pressure and distillation and recycle the ionic liquid.The recycling ionic liquid can be recycled,and it can greatly reduce the cost of production. |
