With the accelerated modernization construction,steel tube in oil exploitation and transportation,boiler manufacturing,are more and more widely used in highway Bridges and other manufacturing,and precision demand is more and more also high.Steel tube straightening machine,as one of the necessary equipment for steel tube plastic,its machining precision directly affect the quality of steel pipe products,the straightening speed directly affect the productivity of steel pipe.So the development of high efficiency and high precision steel tube straightening machine is the necessary requirement of modernization is put forward.In this paper,multi-roll straightening machine use the oblique staggered between the bending straightening rollers to make rolling plastically bent to achieve the purpose of straightening.Compared with the two roll straightening machine,straightening force is small,the distance between stress is large.Because of the rolled piece keep full line contact with straightening roller,so the average stress of skew roller straightening machine is smaller than parallel roller;In addition,multi-roll straightening machine has many advantages,such as: high straightening precision,straightening speed,etc.It applys to pipe straightening.This paper expounds the development background of steel tube straightener,domestic and foreign development present situation,research level and the development trend of the future,and determine the research direction of the paper;Through in-depth discussion of the straightening machine straightening theory and straightening technology,design a ten roll steel tube straightening machine,and studies the deformation theory and process;Analyses the ten roll straightening machine of steel structure characteristics and the straightening process,calculate various of structural parameters of the straightener and force parameters,and design and select the parts;Through the key parts of the Mechanical module of the ANSYS Workbench software platform for key parts of the structure of the static finite element analysis,it is concluded that the stress concentration and deformation,it verifys whether structural strength meet the job requirements;Using 3DIVA Composer software demo for straightening process,show the working process of the straightening machine.Finally,with Siemens S7-300 as controller,designed the steel pipe straightening machine control system,and analyses the general control scheme design.
