Transmission error and structure borne noise are important index of spiral bevel gear's testing,which also provide the reference basis for the quality improvement of spiral bevel gear transmission.Based on these two test results,the ordinal cause of vibration and noise can be detected.A closed-loop process can be achieved by adjusting the design and processing parameters.Therefore,research and development of a set of spiral bevel gear quality inspection system not only has some academic value,which is also important for the actual production.First,this paper analyzes the spiral bevel gear transmission quality testing theory,research on the roll tester functions and the basic theory of transmission errors as well as noise and vibration.Through the study of roll tester developed a detection system control program.The key techniques,such as automatically aligning tooth,automatic backlash adjust,electric closed coupling loading,measuring and analysis have been solved.Second,the research of Spiral bevel gear detection signal acquisition and signal processing method is conducted and the indicators of spiral bevel gear drive quality testing is gained according to each method,which eventually leads to the discovery of helical gearing quality evaluation methods.Then,with the use of modular program thinking complete CNC section,detection section,signal acquisition,data processing and database software design part,detection system software design is completed as well as the relationship between the various modules analyzed;The operation and simple interface become more reasonable because of the application of VS2013 MFC to design software interface.Finally,to verify the feasibility and reasonableness of inspection software,two sets of experiments are created,from which the original signal data is extracted.Spiral bevel gear drive quality is tested and evaluated by using detection software systems roll tester.According to experimental data processing and results analysis,the rationality and validity of the software system developed in this paper is verified and correctness.In this paper,the method of spiral bevel gear transmission quality testing is studied and a set of software system is developed accordingly.Through the detailed design of key technologies and software,evaluated of transmission quality of spiral bevel gear are accomplished,which will have a greater impact in improving China's spiral bevel gear transmission quality.
