Research On Safety Comprehensive Evaluation Index System Of Geological Environment

The geological environment in the natural environment is a very important part, which is composed of interconnected system including air, water, rock, gas and biological,and generally composed of lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere.It is an open and relative balance system. Humans and other creatures in the survival and development of geological environment, and geological environment changing. In recent years, with the development of human society, for more strength and scale development of geological environment, use and transformation of the geological environment, under unprecedented pressure, which also caused a series of serious environmental problems and geological deterioration[48]. When the geological environment serious problems to a certain extent, the survival and development will be realistic or potential threat and harm to human society and ecological system, constitute a "safe" level of threat. The concept of "geological environment safety" was put forward in recent years of major geological disasters, Wenchuan earthquake secondary disasters in Zhouqu under the background of frequent occurrence of debris flow. To carry out the current research on the concept of geological environment safety and related field strength is still small, are less for the evaluation of geological environment safety, the depth and breadth is not enough. The current evaluation focused on the evaluation of geological environment, but the concept of "safe" lack of understanding, according to the concept of "safe" evaluation to carry out less. Evaluation of geological environment safety is an important part of the geological environment carrying capacity, is also the important influence factors of regional resources and environment carrying capacity evaluation, the development of human society and ecological system has great significance.In this paper, combined with the previous reference to the comprehensive evaluation results of geological environment safety inspection, and collect a large number of geological data, the geological environment of major security incidents have occurred case analysis. On this basis, the author uses the scientific method of screening, extract the geological environment safety evaluation index is more reasonable, and scientific optimization and quantitative classification of these indicators, the study extracted useful indicators, in order to establish a set of scientific, reasonable, applicable geological environment safety evaluation index system. The evaluation index system is composed of a plurality of individual evaluation index(factors) the composition of the system, it should reflect the goals and requirements of the safety assessment of geological environment, but also a comprehensive, reasonable, scientific and practical, and can be accepted by the relevant personnel and departments. An evaluation of any prediction models are based on a certain factor set, the evaluation index system is the rating factor set. The construction of evaluation index system is reasonable, appropriate will directly affect the reliability and accuracy of the evaluation results.This paper will establish a set of scientific and applicable for geological environment safety evaluation evaluation index system. For the accuracy of the evaluation index system is verified, this paper will use this system to the specific area of the safety assessment of geological environment.
