| With the development of strip rolling equipment to high-speed,large-scale trend,the requirements for the stability of equipment operation in the rolling process more stringent.At present,the strip rolling equipment in the high-speed heavy-duty working condition shows the irregular vibration phenomenon more and more serious,which directly affects the quality of the strip products.As the strip mill system is a complex mechanical system composed of multiple parts,consisting of multiple components such as transmission devices,mill roll systems and balancing devices.Considering the influence of the dynamic elastic deformation of the mill roll system on the dynamics of the strip mill system,a rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of the strip mill is established and simulated by taking the strip mill of a plant as the research object.The main research content of this paper: firstly,the 3D model of the strip mill was established and simplified,and the model was imported into the multi-body system dynamics simulation software to establish the multi-body dynamics model of the strip mill.The limitations of the pure rigid body model in the multi-body system dynamics simulation were studied.Secondly,by using the finite element analysis software to flexibilize the work roll,the flexible body model of the work roll is replaced with the rigid body model to establish the rigidflexible coupling dynamics model of the strip mill and carry out simulation analysis.By comparing the simulation analysis results of the rigid body model and the rigid-flexible coupling model of the strip mill,the advantages of the rigid-flexible coupling model in the multi-body system dynamics simulation process are verified.Finally,an experimental vibration test study was carried out for a strip mill in a plant.The process data of the strip mill and the vibration data of each part of the mill were collected,and the operating status of the equipment was analyzed and production recommendations were made based on the vibration data and process data of each part.Based on the collected data,the accuracy of the rigid-flexible model of the strip mill is checked by comparing the vibration data with the vibration data simulated by the dynamics of the rigid-flexible model of the strip mill.The simulation analysis of the validated rigid-flexible coupling model is carried out for the strip mill under different working conditions,and the effects of different rolling forces and rolling speeds on the vibration of the mill are investigated,and the simulation results are analyzed and vibration suppression measures for the mill are proposed.This paper establishes the dynamics model of the rigid-flexible coupling system of the strip mill,verifies the feasibility of the rigid-flexible coupling model,and concludes the method to suppress the vertical vibration of the strip mill and improve the quality of the strip material. |
