The solid lubricant coating is a very important way of solid lubricant and it is widely used in various fields of aerospace, marine, automotive and other high-tech industries because of its excellent tribological properties. With the development and progress of industry, solid lubricant coating performance have made new demands and all aspects of its performance need to be improved. For the reason of good manufacturability?low cost and so on, epoxy coating is widely used in slide bearings?bearing and other friction components, but the heat resistance and carrying capacity of ordinary epoxy coating are poor so the application is limited. So improving and researching heat and wear resistance properties of epoxy coating have great research value.This research according to friction and wear test investigate tribological properties and carrying capacity of the bonded solid lubricant coatings with epoxy resin E54?F51?SKE, preferred SKE epoxy resin as adhesive and optimize the curing process and curing agent content. In addition, conduct heat analysis and variable temperature friction and wear test, exploring the effects of temperature on the overall performance of the coating. For wear resistance deteriorates of epoxy coating with increasing temperature, deeply study the tribological properties of the coating adding carbon fiber powder on the basis of formulation to improve the wear resistance. Finally, further study the mechanism of friction and wear characteristics of the coatings by optical microscopy, SEM, EDS composition analysis.By serialization experimental analysis, complete the preparation technology research of SKE epoxy coating based the best coating adhesion strength and friction and wear properties as a benchmark. At different temperatures,according to comprehensive performance comparison the E5? F51and SKE resin coatings, show SKE coating has good heat resistance and maintain good bond strength?more excellent tribological properties at 300?. According to investigate the mechanism of friction and wear, found the appropriate amount of carbon fiber powder is very important to wear resistance of SKE epoxy coating. And through experimental Optimization of carbon fiber powder particle size and addition ratio, obtaining 3% of 600 mesh carbon fiber powder can make friction and wear propertis of SKE resin coatings achieve optimum. Through joint efforts, now has promoted research results to obtain the practical application in the cooperative company.
