| A model bonded solid lubricant film which is suitable for civil industry is developed in this paper. Molybdenum disulfide (MCS2) and graphite are used as solid lubricants,Sb203,CeF4,Cr03,and CoC12 as additives to improve the properties of the film. This kind of dry film is suitable for the condition of normal temperature, lower-speed, and larger load. Couping agent is used in surface treatment process to improve the intensity. The influence of MoS2,graphite, and Sb203 as single components systems have been investigated, the friction and wear testing results showed that the wear life of three components coexist is longer than the wear life of any of single component. CeF4 is added into the film to obtain longer wear life and better corrupt-resistant. MM-200 wear machine, KYKY-l000 SEM,etc. are used to study the properties of the film. The result showed that under the given condition the friction coefficient is O.16桹.19,tbe wear life of this kind of dry film is706 revolution! ii m, and after dipping in sea water seven days the coats have higher intensity. |
