| As for a tungsten ore haulage roadway + 496 m between the lines to 7 and 11 were cut big fault F2,destruction of rock mass,and out of the shaft sinking of waste rock pile + 496 m horizontal haulage roadway surface,these factors contributed to + 496 level roadway complexity of the strata movement in the vicinity of F2 fault fracture zone.Field geological investigation,field monitoring,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other research methods are used,roadway deformation law was summed up,and the corresponding supporting schemes were concluded.Project of the main research results are as follows:(1)The type JSS30 A digital convergence meter is used at the scene,this method has been used in surrounding rock of roadway convergence monitoring,according to come up with the monitoring data,monitoring value and displacement were analyzed,the best opportunity to draw support,and according to the acoustic method of roadway surrounding rock loose circle test results,the range of roadway surrounding rock loose circle has also been identified,so the length of support by rockbolt and shotcrete and bolt foundation has also been research come to a conclusion.(2)FLAC 3D numerical simulation of numerical software is applied in roadway excavation,initial excavation roadway,mined-out area and overlying rock around roadway dynamic loading effect on deformation of roadway surrounding rock were simulated.By observations,fault fracture zone and interchange near the roof of roadway and have appeared in the side for the phenomenon of stress concentration,and according to the numerical simulation of monitoring stations,the displacement of surrounding rock of roadway deformation figure were drawn out,convergence monitoring values reflect the roadway deformation law are summed up: the range of roadway destruction of main area within the scope of 5 meters in fault fracture zone plate and lower plate 20 meters within the scope of destruction is the worst in the fault fracture zone and fracture zone within the scope of 5meters lower plate.(3)Injection of reinforced concrete,and three different kinds of support by rockbolt and shotcrete anchor supporting mode is selected,and the corresponding theoretical analysis was also conducted.Corresponding supporting parameters are chosen after are simulated,the simulation results are: the three different types of supporting method has changed the destruction of the surrounding rock of roadway,improved,surrounding rock deformation of roadway stability,and have some effect.Comprehensive conclusion was obtained: injection effect of reinforced concrete anchor slightly worse,the worst shotcreting works best.But the bolt and the construction technology of support by rockbolt and shotcrete in demand is high,relative cost is higher also,based on comprehensive consideration finally selected the injection of reinforced concrete. |
