The study is based on continuous deformation of Dongxiang Copper Mine Roadway,the main method for on-site monitoring data and numerical simulation results combined,combining rock mechanics and the basic theory of roadway support,mainly research depth and lattice grider shotcrete impact on roadway deformation characteristics.(1)For Dongtong’ V Orebody continued roadway deformation phenomenon,downhole field survey to collect information on roadway deformation,deformation according to the site conditions and actual deformation characteristics,to develop detailed underground tunnel deformation monitoring programs,and construction and real monitoring,has been 250 days of complete deformation monitoring data,the data analysis showed that:under the net and shotcrete lining roadway deformation of roadway depth increases,the amount of deformation and deformation rate are gradually increased,overall low strain rate,and a single middle roadway deformation rate relatively stable performance for stable and sustainable macro-deformation;(2)Through research above,to a certain deformation characteristics,in order to further study the depth and support on roadway deformation characteristics,to the scene of the more in-depth investigation and reference literature,determine basic mechanical parameters of surrounding rock,FLAC3D indoor use software to build roadway deformation numerical simulation model based primarily on FLAC3D creep software modules,reflecting the deformation of timeliness,at the different depth and shotcrete net and No V orebody roadway deformation of numerical simulation results show that:roadway deformation as the depth increases gradually increased,and the rate of deformation and roadway directly over the depth of the relationship between the stage and the performance of linear exponential function,strain rate with depth a larger increase in the growth rate,but the overall rate of deformation is small,the amount of deformation is small;roadway added flexibility under pressure to make the case of shotcrete or not,the roadway deformation larger difference between the net and shotcrete lining greatly reduced but not completely contain deformed,effectively play the rock self-supporting capacity,and in terms of reducing the rate of deformation best vault,side effect of helping times.
