Carbon steel is a kind of alloy containing carbon content between 2%and 0.02%,which is widely used in various fields of economic construction in our country.Carbon steel equipment have serious fouling during use,affects the working efficiency.Method for cleaning industrial sediments is the most useful chemical cleaning method,which is one of the most common acid.But in the cleaning process,because of the chemical reaction of the equipment and the media,it is necessary to add an effective inhibitor to the cleaning process.The exploration of natural plant green corrosion inhibitor has opened up a new way for the development of the corrosion inhibition industry.Natural plant green corrosion inhibitor is mainly a variety of green plants,the advantages of non-toxic harmless,low cost,easy to operate,and thus become the dominant direction of corrosion inhibitors.In this paper,the use of weight loss method,was studied in different acid medium(5%hydrochloric acid,5%hydrofluoric acid,5%mud acid)in a variety of natural plant green corrosion inhibition agent for carbon steel corrosion inhibition performance,choose a relatively good effect of four plant juice beans juice,kelp juice,pineapple juice,pear juice and the were anti interference experiment and electrochemical analysis.The experiment results show that the inhibition effect of soybean juice is the most ideal.At room temperature under the experimental conditions,the corrosion rate of carbon steel is the lowest 0.3865g-m-2-H-1,soybean juice inhibition rate as high as 98.70%.The results showed that the four kinds of single plant juice are mixed type inhibitors.Will elect four species of plant juice both mixed,9 groups has the synergistic effect of corrosion inhibitors,respectively:pineapple juice and pear juice(hydrochloric acid and mud acid),soybean juice and pineapple juice(hydrochloric acid and mud acid),soybean juice/kelp juice(hydrochloric acid and mud acid),soybean juice/pear juice(mud acid),kelp juice and pineapple juice(mud acid),kelp juice/pear juice(mud acid).By weight loss method study group 9 inhibitor synergy effect ratio,the result is 1:1,3:1,3:1,3:1,3:1,3:1,3:1,1:1,1:1.The electrochemical method of 9 group collaborative type inhibitors are mixed type inhibitors.The single plant and the actual production process and synergistic inhibitive effect and can not reach the standard of cleaning,especially in soil acid medium,the actual application is not very good in industry.It also needs to develop a new type of composite corrosion inhibitor.The experiments,it is found that the corrosion inhibition effect of good cooperative type corrosion inhibitor and a variety of inorganic and organic compounds of multicomponent synergy composite and selected the optimal results of a group of orthogonal experiment,has been a slow excellent inhibition effect of compound corrosion inhibitor J-ZY.The effect of weight-loss test acidity,inhibitor concentration,time and temperature on the corrosion inhibition performance of J-ZY.The results show that the addition of J-ZY;the minimum corrosion rate of carbon steel is 0.1520g-m-2-H-1;J-ZY inhibition rate reached 99.49%.J-ZY the best concentration was 2%;the soil acid concentration is less than 8%;24 hours did not find J-ZY failure;use temperature is below 60 DEG C when the excellent corrosion properties.According to the electrochemical results show that J-ZY is a mixed type inhibitor.By above knowable,J-ZY is a good composite inhibitor in 5%mud acid that has a good effect on carbon steel corrosion.
