| The coals are the important energy supplies for a long time in our country.Even though the new-pattern energy resources are constantly developed and added to the application,the productions and reserves of coals still have strategic status in our national development goals in 13 th Five-Year.Currently,although the safe situation that our country produces the coals has been improved,the aspects of the regulation of daily work,the warning before the accident,the emergency management after the accident and so on are not been fundamentally changed,which make the coal industries and the social stability get the great loss and impact.In this paper,based on the specific situation of China’s coal enterprises in the actual production process,and combined with the current technical means to develop the matched safety monitoring and management system of coal mine.It can make the inoue management personnel have the attendance management for the underground management personnel.The inoue monitoring center not only can accurately monitor the number and specific coordinates of underground miners,but also can make the constant monitoring of the underground gas content and environmental parameters.At the same time,it also can make the video monitoring for the underground conditions.The system has comprehensive functions and mainly includes three subsystems such as the tracking and positioning of the underground personnel,attendance and environmental monitoring,and video surveillance.We can use the three subsystems respectively,or use the combination of the three subsystems,and choose the segmental functions of the three subsystems based on the needs of practical applications.The paper firstly introduces the main ways of coal safety management at home and abroad,and comes up with the designing schemes of coal safety monitoring management system based on ZigBee aiming at the concrete situation of our country.Then the paper makes a detailed design to realize the underground personnel tracking and the positioning subsystems through the hardware circuit design such as the selection of chip,module design of the node,motherboard module and so on,and the software design such as movement and reference positioning,the coordinator center node and so on.At the same time,the paper realizes a detailed design for the attendance of subsystems through the design of relevant serial interface circuit and software programs,and realizes a detailed design for environmental monitoring subsystems through the selection of gas,temperature and humidity,dust and other sensors,hardware circuit designing and software designing.The paper comes up with video monitoring system of new wireless Mesh network based on the existing monitoring technology,and carries out discuss and research for main technology and question in the process of implementation.At last,under laboratory conditions,the paper makes a test for the whole hardware and software parts of systems,and the test shows that the system design reaches the expected requirement.If the actual environment of coal mine is tested and optimized,it will be applied to the safety monitoring and management of the coal mine. |
