With the rapid development of national economy,more and more high to the requirement of parts processing machinery manufacturing industry,and the machining is very common in the machinery manufacturing industry,the machining path problem of complex box body,an important factor has been limiting the production efficiency.Therefore,the use of modern theory and path optimization algorithm processing,for the majority of enterprises to enhance the efficiency of production,production cost control,has important practical significance.This paper is based on the research and development of composite boring and milling center,which is based on the complex boring and milling machining center:1?Information description and processing technology of box partsThe machining process of the complex box parts of the non rotary body is described.Combined with common hole machining method,the scheme of the hole and the hole system in the process of complex box parts is summarized and summarized.Describe the components of the information of the components,including geometric information and shape information.The concept of feature is introduced to describe the manufacturing characteristics of the parts.The characteristics of the complex box parts and the determination principle and program of the processing technology of the box parts in machining center are discussed.For the machining of holes,the classification method is used to divide the six processing directions,and to classify the holes in every direction.2?Genetic optimization algorithm is used to optimize the process.As a random search and optimization method,genetic algorithm has distinct characteristics.Because it does not use the path search,but based on the probability choice as the main basis for searching,it can deal with complex objective function and constraints,to achieve the global optimization,to avoid falling into local extreme points.For the processing of complex box type parts,combined with independent research and development of composite boring and milling machining center,genetic optimization algorithm is used to optimize the complex hole,and the genetic algorithm in the genetic algorithm in the research,the use of 18 bit encoding way,for each disorder processing sequence,and the establishment of a working step constraint relationship matrix.Usinggenetic algorithm to optimize the working steps,the machining center tool air travel,the number of tool change,the time of the cutter can be reduced,and the efficiency of the three auxiliary time is reduced.3?Development of optimization systemWith the VB and Matlab as the platform,the optimization system of complex box parts machining process is developed,and the genetic algorithm and system are proved to be feasible in theory,and it has very high practicability.
