| Fully automatic steel pipe forming system is a kind of steel tube bundle forming equipment integrated optical,electric,liquid technology,reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the automation degree.The system has a wide application in the steel pipe production industry.In the field of steel pipe forming system,there are round,rectangular and hexagonal steel pipe bundle forming,and the best way is hexagonal way.In the field of steel pipe forming system,improving the automation level and working efficiency of the equipment by changing motor control into hydraulic control,ensuring the stability of the system and the control precision of the system are becoming the research direction of the steel pipe forming system.In view of the description above,this article will carry on the following several aspects:(1)the overall structure design of the fully automatic steel pipe forming system,the system is divided into four parts,that is,the structure of steel tube counting and shift device,the structure of steel tube accumulation and alignment device,the crane of steel tube movement,and hexagonal shaping mechanism,respectively,the mechanical parts are designed,in the mechanical design,the system is designed from the performance optimization and efficiency improvement.(2)the design of the hydraulic servo system of the hexagonal shaping mechanism,the hexagonal shaping mechanism is the core part of the whole system.The parameters of the hydraulic system and the sequence of the operation are analyzed in this paper.The hardware of the hydraulic servo system is selected and the design of the hydraulic servo system is completed in this paper.(3)the mathematical model of the hydraulic servo system of the hexagonal shaping mechanism,the mathematical model of the hydraulic servo system of the hexagonal shaping mechanism is a mathematical model of valve controlled cylinder system,which is the foundation of the research on the synchronous control of the hydraulic system.(4)study on the synchronization of the double cylinders in the hydraulic servo system of the hexagonal shaping mechanism,the hydraulic system of the single channelis analyzed in order to obtain a better PID control mode and guarantee the system to meet the accuracy requirements.In order to realize the dynamic adjustment of the PID parameters and achieve the accuracy requirement in the speed,the fuzzy control should be added in two hydraulic circuits.(5)the design idea of the PLC program of fully automatic steel pipe forming system is studied,the communication protocol and communication mode between the standard communication port and the host computer are determined. |
