Natural gas will hopefully take the place of coal and oil, because low carbon, energy saving, pro-environment and low-cost. Security problem of natural gas is very important because it is flammable and explosive. The LNG shapes a industrial globalization because it solves the transportation and storage problem of natural gas resources and demand. The low temperature properties of LNG increase the risk of natural gas. Therefore, it is an important topic to analyse the security-risk of the LNG in the present situation.This article will see the matter from the production, storage and transportation, analyse the security-risk of LNG respectively, and propose preventive measures.HAZID analysis method was used in LNG production, storage and transportation of industrial chain risk identification, used DNV PHAST software as main mathematical method. Analyzed the pipeline operating pressure ratio and mixed refrigerant to be affected to production economic by Aspen HYSYS software. Hydrodynamics and heat and mass transfer theoretics are used to analyze disturbance factors of LNG storage system. Instability condition characterized by the number of features. A new method was proposed to intensify stability of the LNG storage system. Finally, starting from the Wobbe number, interchangeability of BOG, gasified LNG and pipeline gas were analyzed to explore when the pipe network, the applicability of the emergency gasified LNG gas equipment downstream users to analyze gas peak shaving LNG as an emergency feasibility source. |
