| Using water treatment chemicals is one of the important means to safeguard the oilfield working normally, there are many types of water treatment chemicals which have a wide range. High performance liquid chromatography was an instrumental analysis methods that had a fast development in recent years, it was simple, fast, sensitive, so it could be used in the oilfield detection areas. This paper combined High Performance Liquid Chromatography with solid-phase adsorption to analyze different contents water treatment chemicals.A High Performance Liquid Chromatographic method was established for rapid determination of the higher content of water treatment chemicals in the oil wastewat-er. Chromatographic condition were:the column:Optimusil SP-129-5-ODS-BP(250mm×4.6mm), the column temperature:30℃,the injection volume:20μL to the imida-zoline and quinoline inhibitors,100μL to the pyridine inhibitor and benzalkonium ch-loride, the flow rate:1.0mL/min; the detection wavelength;240nm to the imidazoli-ne inhibitor,313nm to the quinoline inhibitor,267nm to the pyridine inhibitor,260nm to benzalkonium chloride, the mobile phase:mixture of methanol-3%acetic acid(80:20,volume ratio) to the imidazoline and quinoline inhibitors,85:15to the pyridine inhibito-r,90:10to benzalkonium chloride. The results show that the linear range wer-e8.384-104.8mg/L,17.4-100mg/L,8-100mg/L,8.8-88mg/L, the detection limits were0.68mg/L,4.72mg/L,2.37mg/L,2.61mg/L,the determination limits were2.07mg/L,14.3mg/L,7.2mg/L,8.60mg/L respectively. The method presents excellent accuracy, sensi-tive and so on, and the relative standard deviation was not more than5.0%.A Solid adsorption-High Performance Liquid Chromatographic method was estab-lished for rapid determination of the lower content of water treatment chemicals in the oil wastewater. The best solid adsorbent was activated carbon to the imidazolin-e, the best solid adsorbent was silicon dioxide to the quinoline pyridine inhibitor, t-hen the best desorption time was50minutes to the three corrosion inhibitors. Chro-matographic condition were:the column:Optimusil SP-129-5-ODS-BP(250mm×4.6m-m), the column temperature:30℃,the injection volume:20μL to the pyridine and qu -inoline inhibitors,10μL to the imidazoline inhibitor,100μL to benzalkonium chlorid-e, the flow rate:1.0mL/min; the detection wavelength;240nm to the imidazoline i-nhibitor,313nm to the quinoline inhibitor,267nm to the pyridine inhibitor,210nm to benzalkonium chloride, the mobile phase:mixture of methanol-3%acetic acid(15:85, volume ratio) to the imidazoline and quinoline inhibitors and5:95to the pyridine in hibitor and benzalkonium chloride.The results show that calibration curves were lin-ear in range of0.97~77.6mg/L,1.174~93.92mg/L,0.852~85.2mg/L,8.8-88mg/L, the det-ection limits were0.68mg/L,4.72mg/L,2.37mg/L,2.23mg/L,the determination limits w-ere2.07mg/L,14.3mg/L,7.2mg/L,7.36mg/L respectively. The method presents excellent accuracy, sensitive and so on, and the relative standard deviation were not more tha-n5.0%.Conclusion:The method has proven to be much fast, simple, sensitive, accurate and has a strong anti-jamming capability... |
