| With the development of our country’s economy and trade of globalization,The issue of safety is gradually highlighted in the petrochemical wharf tank area.Petrochemical wharf storage tank zone with a large number of chemicals,therefore contains a large number of hazards.Hazards are the main cause of the accident,so accurate hazard classification is effective means to prevent people’s unsafe behavior and unsafe state and prevent and reduce accidents.So this study provide the BP neural network as a dynamic hazard classification method after compare the dynamic classification method which are frequently used.According to the accident form and technological process to build the gradation index system to get 16 classification indexes.This paper use AHP model to empowerment in order to solve the problem of different importance index of itself.Select appropriate parameters to establish the BP neural network,using the training data to train network by analyzing the error graph and Regression to get optimum network,then through validated by test samples,save the best network.The network can be accurate network classification when import a new hazards data.Finally,the application of MATLAB software to design "Petrochemical wharf tank area hazards dynamic classification system" with GUI.The system include six models child interface system: Pool fire model,Vapor cloud explosion model,Gaussian diffusion model,ICI/MOND model and AHP model,so make the rapid,accurate and intuitive dynamic classification.Applied the "Petrochemical wharf tank area hazards dynamic classification system" in to a petrochemical terminal.Use the BP neural network to calculate the final classification results.Part of the classification results: Level 1 hazards is acrylonitrile;The secondary hazards is ethyl acetate;Level 3 hazards is methylene chloride;Level 4 hazards is isopropyl alcohol,methyl phenol,n-butyl acetate;Five hazards is acetic acid.After the adjustment of acrylonitrile conveying flow,hazards classification changes,even acrylonitrile also level 1,but methyl phenol and n-butyl acetate from initial level 4 to 5.So the "Petrochemical wharf tank area hazards dynamic classification system" can be monitor hazards on real-time and reduces the risk of system effectively,so it’s having the important significance in the safety management. |
