| Slotted liners is tool of oil production for sand control completion engineering, usually a well need hundreds to thousands meters. Slotted liners is widely used for the body rigidity, anti scraping, high recovery ratio, rather than the other way has the advantages of good effect of preventing sand. At present, rectangular slotted and trapezoid slotted are widely used at home and abroad, both of two are prone to defects of sand plug or crevice corrosion resistance etc.. Progress of petroleum industry, urgent need to improve productivity and reduce costs. This paper designed two kinds of combination slotted liners, developed a new joint type structure of slotted screen liner which absorbed respective advantages of rectangular slotted and trapezoidal slotted.Combined the laser heat processing, milling processing and plastic processing methods, put forward two processing methods the laser cutting+shrinkage and milling+extrusion.A slotted liner has tens of thousands of slot, laser cutting head to swing back and forth-more than two times and focusing fast at the same time, the traditional laser cutting head can not meet the requirements, so developed swing focusing laser cutting head, solves the problem of high speed swing and zoom. Also developed a sewing machine, CNC milling machine, CNC cutter calking machines and other special equipment CNC shrinkage, solves the problem of high efficiency cutting and plastic processing. Through repeated testing, optimization of process parameters, process a qualified combination of slotted screen pipe, the quality testing, to develop production and inspection standard, in Tianjin Municipal Bureau of quality and technical supervision for the record. The paper had also made mechanical properties test petroleum casing pipe for rectangular slotted liners, combination slotted liners and the combination slotted liners, the combination slotted liners as high-end products, with excellent performance, can replace the traditional rectangular slot and the trapezoidal slotted liners completion, meet the actual engineering requirements. |
