Research On The Establishment Of Cleaner Production Assessment System In Cables Industry

Cables industry is one of the traditional industries which are high energy consumption and high consumption of resources;meanwhile there are some pollution problems in the producing process.Based on the analysis of the status of producing of cables industry,combined with industry characteristics,according to the theory of Cleaner Production and Evaluation System,taking”General preparation of cleaner production assessment index system” as a guide,the cleaner production index system in cables industry are established.This assessment system includes six primary index and twenty six secondary index,which is composed of quantitative index and qualitative index.The quantitative index contains energy and resources consumption index,pollutants index,resource utilization index and part of product characteristic index.The qualitative index contains producing technics and equipment index,another part of product characteristic index and cleaner production management index.Depending on related documents and data,results of the research of advanced enterprises,the statistical data of government and the related national or industry standards and policies,the basic value of each index is determined.According to AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)method,the weight value of every index and the comprehensive evaluation method of the index system are determined respectively.The level of cleaner production is divided into domestic leading level,domestic advanced level and general level by establishing membership function and calculating comprehensive evaluation index.At last,the index system is applied to two certain telecommunication cables companies and the result shows that it is operable and suitable to evaluate the level of cleaner production of cables industry preliminarily.
