| Anodic oxidation is a very widely used surface treatment process. However, the process is complex and the products have many different types. The consistency of the production process is the key to ensure product quality. This project is supported by the project of the“Transformation of anodic oxidation production line automatic control system” of a company.Combining with the development requirements of industry 4.0, a control network based on Profibus-DP bus is designed. In order to improve the efficiency of resource utilization, a multi process scheduling method is designed. And a multi position location system is also developed in this project. Following extensive analysis the function and design tasks of automatic control system, the main content of the article is divided into the following sections:(1) According to the various processes of anodic oxidation production line, the field production equipment, the function and requirements of control system, an automatic control system based on distributed hierarchical control theory is designed. It use IPC as the system-level organization,it use Siemens S7-300 PLC, S7-200 PLC and touch screen as the system-level coordination, it use Site execution hardware devices as the system-level execution. The communication between all levels of system is based on Profibus-DP Fieldbus.(2) In order to improve production efficiency and achieve multiple processes at the same time, a multiple process scheduling method based on time axis is designed. This method uses Siemens S7-300 PLC as a computational tool. Because of the limited space and scheduling weak of PLC, a multiple process scheduling method based on Particle Swarm Optimization is designed. This method uses IPC as a computational tool. According to the process characteristics and equipment of anodic oxidation production line, determining the productionline scheduling problem as the hybrid flow shop scheduling problem and setting up the mathematical model of the production line. The calculation of scheduling is used Particle Swarm Optimization. Using MATLAB simulation experiments to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this algorithm.(3) In order to improve the automatic positioning accuracy of trolley in multi-station production environment, a station identification system based on binary encoding is designed.Combining with incremental positioning method, a hybrid positioning system is designed by the PLC program.After the commissioning and test, anodic oxidation production line automatic control system is put into use. It researches the control requirements and achieves the expected goals. |
