Because of calixarene compounds can be regulated by changing the unit number and the size of a hydrophobic cavity, changeful conformation and easy to be derived into various derivatives, so that they can recognize and most selective metal cations and neutral molecules, package and anion, in the liquid film transmission, simulation film, chemical sensor, molecular devices, etc have broad application.The water-soluble calixarene not only has the characteristics of calixarene compounds, but also has its own characteristics of water-soluble, make its application more widely.In this paper, the preparation of 6 kinds of water-soluble calixarene derivatives, and a preliminary study with HSA, drug interactions.1?Consult literature, synthesis and characterization of the 5,11,17,23-four four hydroxyl sulfo-25,26,27,28-calix[4]arene (compound 3),5,11,17,23-four sodium sulfonate-25,26,27,28-four hydroxyl calix[4]arene (compound 4),5,11,17,23,29,35-six sulfo-37,38,39,40,41,42-6 hydroxy calix[6]arene compound (7),5,11,17,23,29,35-six sodium sulfonate-37,38,39,40,41,42-6 hydroxy calix[6]arene compounds (8),5,11,17,23-four [(N-sarcosine)-methyl]-25,26,27,28-four hydroxyl calix[4]arene compounds (9), 25,26,27,28-4 (1,1-dimethyl ethoxy carbonyl methoxy) calix[4]arene compounds (10), 25,26,27,28-4 (hydroxy carbonyl methoxy) calix[4]arene compounds (11) 7 kinds of calixarene derivatives.2?Using Fluorescence Spectroscopy and Ultraviolet-Visible spectrometry under different temperature, the concentration of compound 3,4,7,8,9,11, and the interaction between HSA.By analyzing data from water-soluble calixarene to HSA fluorescence quenching method for static quenching, the interaction force between them are hydrophobic interaction force, hydrogen bonding, van der Waals force, etc.Calculated by the combination of the interaction between them a points and binding constant3?The use of Fluorescence Spectrometry preliminary explore compound 9,11 and HSA of 4 kinds of quinolones racing to action. Study found that compounds 9,11, will reduce the fluorescence intensity of quinolones, when after joining human serum albumin quinolones fluorescence intensity with HSA was increased with the concentration of, for the application of water-soluble calixarene in medicine dynamics to improve the scientific basis.
