Along with the rapid development of social economy and constantly promoting urbanization, the production of domestic waste is also doubled, resulting in increasingly prominent environmental pollution problems. Except that, the composition and characteristics of garbage has also changed a lot. So that at present, compared with the amount of garbage to be processed, the capital investment in processing waste is obviously inadequate, resulting in a low level of waste treatment. In our country, at present, the traditional and the final way to deal with domestic waste is the landfill technology, which is still the main way to solve the problem of life garbage outlet in most cities.Sanitary landfill is a closed or ecological landfill, which not only improve the environmental protection measures, but also to achieve environmental standards. But due to sanitary landfill construction and operation cost is difficult to accept, and compared with the developed countries, the level of management also has the disparity. Therefore, most of the cities in China is still rare in the construction in the true sense of the sanitary landfill field.For the process of traditional landfill, anaerobic process of landfill covers large area, the stability need long cycle, and its infiltration filtrate and biogenic gas will cause serious secondary pollution.If handled improperly, it cause atmosphere, water, soil and other serious environmental pollution, even affect people's production and life and other activities;and aerobic landfill process take ventilation to the full contact of the solid waste and oxygen, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid organic matter degradation, but its temperature has great influence, and can not accelerate the of difficult degradation of organic matter decomposition and consumption, resulting in high cost and the waste of resources. Thus developed in this study AE-AN landfill process, with the advantage of covering small area, simple technology, right cost and low environmental pollution, is the best way to efficient and economical disposal of solid wastes, to achieve the "three" objectives(reduce, recycle and harmless).This study established the three landfill with the same size and shape of the pilot scale landfill, respectively for landfill in anaerobic, aerobic landfill and AE-AN landfill. Through the comparison of the influencing factors of the three kinds of landfill sites, the development of AE-AN technology has the advantages of low cost, short period, less pollution and resource recovery of methane gas.Fire and explosion and collapse accidents may occur in the landfill site, which results in casualties and property losses. According to the pilot scale landfill practical situation, this study follows the general procedure of safety assessment, establish safety evaluation index system, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and draw test landfill basic safety evaluation results. At the same time, in order to prevent the landfill site form the influence of laboratory accidents of landfill field, laboratory safety management should be strengthened.
