With the development of electronic display technology,a large amount of CRT leaded glass product as a large number of CRT display scrapped.The lead content of waste CRT leaded glass is much higher than most of the lead ore resources.As an important national non-ferrous metal resources,the large amount of waste CRT leaded glass can be used as the important raw material for recycling of lead.At the same time,the inappropriate treatment of waste CRT leaded glass will pose serious challenges to human health and ecological environment.The recycling,harmlessness and resourcefulness disposal of waste CRT leaded glass has become a pressing problem.This paper mainly researches on the process planning in the pilot project of CRT leaded glass resource utilization and comes up with new process route.Based on improved experimental trial,according to the rules of advanced technology and reasonable economics,the industrial scale-up preparation process was optimized and designed.A material balance diagram of the small trial process was drawn,and then industrial scale-up process was given.Selected the key equipment and evaluated the economic benefit in the process of CRT leaded glass resource utilization according to the production scale.In this paper,the conclusions are as follows:1.A new process route of "Preparing sodium silicate frit and melting precipitation recovery of lead sulfide at high temperature-Preparation of sodium silicate" is selected.Getting the conclusion through the design of orthogonal experiment: in reaction temperature is 1150?,1.5 times the theory addition amount of Na2 S,the addition amount of Na2CO3 in sodium silicate modulus is 1.75,reaction time is 120 min.Under the optimum reaction conditions,the recovery rate of PbS is 89.7%.2.Based on improved experimental trial,the process flow of CRT leaded glass resource utilization is Organized and designed.The whole process of material and energy is accounted in order to the accuracy of the production process route and the design process.Based on the principle of conservation of mass,using the way of material flow analysis to describe the material input and output in process design,and presents production material balance figure of CRT leaded glass resource utilization.3.According to the requirements of the scale of ten thousand tons a year in the project,the amplifier design method is designed for the project.Production material balance figure of CRT leaded glass resource utilization is designed.Key equipment required for the project are selected and the investment of product cost are estimated.In conclusion,CRT leaded glass resource utilization has a huge profits and better development prospects.
