GFRP bolt is gradually beginning to be used in roadway supporting of metal mine because of its advantages which contain high strength,corrosion resistance and light quality.However,it's scope of application is still small and need to be widely promoted.It can provide basis for the application of GFRP bolt in metal mines that studying the reliability problem of GFRP bolt supporting method using in metal mines.Based on the investigation and analysis of the geological characteristics and supporting situation to Gaofeng Mine,some questions are found,such as the unreasonable support parameters and poor construction quality.In order to study the supporting effect of GFRP bolt in metal mines,a supporting test about GFRP is carried out in roadway of Gaofeng Mine,and the reliability study is necessarily to be fulfilled.Failure fault tree model of GFRP bolt supporting system in Gaofeng Mine is established with fault tree analysis.By qualitative and quantitative analysis,156 minimum cut sets and 10 minimum path sets are found.The results show the failure probability of system is-66.7427 ?10.By calculating the probability importance and the critical importance,and sorting all basic event,it is concluded that the greatest influence event is respectively lack of safety education and lack of enough anchoring force,which indicate the way to reduce the failure probability of the top event.Evaluation indexes are screened according to the failure fault tree of the system,and the reliability evaluation index system of GFRP bolt supporting system is set up.Based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the reliability evaluation model is established and the reliability condition si divided into “reliable,less reliable,general,less unreliable and unreliable”.Using GFRP bolt supporting system in Gaofeng Mine as an example,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation about reliability is carried out.The result of evaluation is 0.9012,which shows that its reliability status is “reliable” level and it can satisfy the supporting reliability requirement.Besides,the result of evaluation proves that it is feasible to widespread apply GFRP bolt in Gaofeng Mine,and provides a strong basis for the supporting design and security application of GFRP bolt.
