The hemp fiber is one of the most prospective cellulose fibers. It has much good function such as the resistance of high temperature, corrosion, anti-aging and so on. It also has many natural healthcare functions, such as good bacterial repellency and disinfection, good moisture-absorption and air-permeability, radiation shielding, noise elimination etc. The products are biodegradable. It is a real "green product", and many environmental protective textile and other products have been exploited.Density is one of most important parameters in physical property, Nevertheless, the research of hemp fiber is still relatively little. Some relevant materials on the question of density are always given a specific value, and the values are quite different. It makes great trouble in the research in relative products and the actual production. Establishing the theoretical calculation of hemp fiber and providing accurate density value are conductive to achieve the development of hemp related products. The crystallization can be calculated by using density parameters that can as the tools that explore from the macro to the micro structural changes in the nature. Using density can identify hemp fiber in qualitative and analysis the proportion of fiber in hemp blended fabric and uneven in the degree in quantitative. At the same time, it is facilitate to solute the issues of hemp blended products classified in the international trade. It is good used of improving the efficiency of import and export and reducing customs clearance costs.In this paper, mathematical modeling theory is used to research the relationship between the chemical composition of hemp and the density. We have established the mathematical modeling theory and reached a certain degree of relevance.The main contents of this paper include:1. Using different process on the same hemp species and having obtained various components content of the experiment sample. Then, we analyzed the chemical composition and test the density of the sample.2. Using gray relational method to obtain the correlation between the density and the chemical composition. We utilized the gray model theory to calculate the mathematical model between the density and the chemical composition and obtain the arithmetic mean error through the counting.3. It has discussed the influence that hemp's pectin, the cellulose, the lignin have made on the hemp fiber. From the conclusion, we can see that in the various chemical components of hemp fiber content of cellulose in the greatest impact on the powerful, followed by lignin content, pectin content on the powerful impact of the minimum.4. Because the content of cellulose is the main factor that affects the hemp density, we chose it to analysis and established single factor mathematical model. And then we obtained the error the arithmetic mean error through the counting.5. We can know that the hemp density is not a fixed value but are changed value from grey relational analysis and the establishing mathematical model. Component content of cannabis is different because of different regions, different seasons, different varieties. Thus the density is different. In actual production, by increasing the accuracy of density to control the blend ratio and the weight ratio of composite materials can help to achieve rapid response and achieve the best performance of the fabric.
