The hemp is one of human the earliest cultivation crops, is honored as the most importantcrops. The hemp planter is not high to the climate and the soil request, can suppress the weed togrow effectively, does not need to spurt executes the weed killer, has the very good ecologycompatibility and the ecological protection function, is very small to the environmental effect.Since has entered the human in the90s, and right “the green” the textile demand increases day byday along with the people level of understanding’s enhancement, the hemp takes one kind ofecology spinning and weaving raw material, arouses people’s interest once more.The fabric of hemp fibers have many fine characteristic as follows: good drapability, fastnessof moisture absorption and liberation, odor resistant, antiseptic, noise elimination, resistance toultra-violet-radiation, less scratchiness, biodegradability and so on, so people favor and pay muchattention on hemp fiber and its products today.Now uses in textile the hemp is many single textile fiber under pectin function aggregates,generally is called ties the textile fiber or the craft textile fiber (i.e. half degum textile fiber). Thecraft textile fiber is the single textile fiber aggregate, depends upon the pectin, the lignin and so onto cake in together, has certain spinnability, the wish obtains satisfies the textile performancerequirement the thin textile fiber, must split the craft textile fiber thin, enhances the hemp thefission, but after entire degum single textile fiber, regardless of being the textile fiber force and thelength does not have the spinnability, therefore hemp’s degum can only use with the flax closehalf degum, retains part of sol, causes its textile fiber fission to be suitable, favors the single textilefiber to be able to gather is having the spinnability together.In the present paper main research hemp’s pectin, the hemicellulose, the cellulose, the lignincontent and the hemp fission’s relations, obtain phase relatedness and the establishmentmathematical model, thus formulates raw material choice which for the hemp degum craft andreels thread to provide the theory basis, the present paper has conducted the following research:1. Used the different degum craft to carry on the degum to the textile fiber, obtained variouscomponents content not same experiment sample, carried on the proximate analysis and the splitdegree of hemp fibe test to the sample. 2. In the discussion hemp’s pectin, the hemicellulose, the cellulose, the lignin content to theinfluence of the split degree of hemp fibe, and analyze four factors through the ash connection’smathematics analytic method the influences, branches out the primary factor and the secondaryfactor.3. Uses the gray system modelling theory method to carry on the analysis, the computationthe split degree of hemp fibe with textile fiber various components content GM (1,5) the model, andobtains this mathematical model through the counting error the arithmetic mean error.4. Conclusion which obtains according to the grey relational analysis, may know the hempvarious components content to affect the textile fiber fission primary factor, therefore carries onthe analysis on its major effect factor, the establishment and the the split degree of hemp fibe singlefactor GM(1,2) model, and obtains this mathematical model through the counting error thearithmetic mean error.
